Good Morning Team,

I extend my sincere appreciation to each of you as we conclude the first quarter of 2024. Your unwavering commitment and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Despite the usual slow time at the beginning of the year, our collective efforts have proven fruitful, and I am honored to lead such a capable and dedicated team.

As we embrace our achievements, it is imperative to address areas necessitating refinement. As a distinguished defense company entrusted with government responsibilities, upholding the highest standards of professionalism is imperative. Recent observations have highlighted crucial areas that demand immediate attention.

Punctuality: Regrettably, there has been a noticeable trend of tardiness amongst some team members. Moving forward, punctuality is non-negotiable. Any delays occurring without prior approval will result in formal disciplinary action beginning this weekend.
Dispelling Rumors: Recent reports alleging drug usage at our club venues are deeply concerning. Let us reaffirm our zero-tolerance policy towards such behaviors. Engaging in any form of drug activity on our premises not only compromises your position but also tarnishes our reputation as guardians committed to adhering to local ordinances.
Training: Attendance at training sessions, particularly from those in close proximity to our facilities, has shown a decline. Regular training is pivotal to enhancing our skills, especially with imminent PT qualifications on the horizon. I urge each one of you to actively participate in these sessions, encompassing areas such as first aid, combat readiness, and essential skill enhancements.

Looking ahead to significant projects on our horizon, the forthcoming months will bring increased opportunities and expansions that will necessitate additional hiring. The best opportunities will be presented to those who are well-prepared. Let us continue upholding our standards of excellence and set new benchmarks for professionalism and proficiency together as a team. Here’s to an upcoming quarter filled with success!

So where do I start, I started working for Golem Security Services the owner David Goad is one of the nicest and most polite people you will ever have the privilege of meeting. His level of knowledge in the field is amazing as well as the way he treats his employees. He is a fresh view of what security should be, though his company is small now I see it growing into something amazing. I have 20+ years as a security supervisor professional and I recommend if you work security and want to feel apart of something new join the team, if you are looking for a security provider contact David it will be a fresh start to something you have never had before.
