ABOUT – GOLEM SECURITY SERVICES, LLC.

Here At Golem Security…

At Golem Security, we emphasize accountability, transparency, and staff support in our public interactions. Through ongoing communication, we ensure our team is informed and prepared for any situation. Keeping staff updated on codes and local threats empowers them to respond effectively and confidently.

Golem Security Services LLC, established in Louisville, KY, in 2020, offers a range of security services, including guard services, self-defense classes, concealed carry classes, and surveillance. The business was founded to address the need to protect minority and underrepresented groups. Committed to community safety, they offer security at local bars and events, and provide one-on-one classes, with plans to expand into group classes. They invite the community to explore their self-defense equipment selection.

In the city’s bustling core, a dedicated team is united by commitment to each other and the community. They value bonds formed through hard work and laughter, uphold open dialogue as a cultural cornerstone, and embody honor and professionalism as a way of life.

Our team is dedicated to fostering unity through diverse initiatives. Regular exercise programs enhance fitness and camaraderie among members. A communication platform is used to share updates, jokes, stories, and encouragement, nurturing a sense of belonging and friendship beyond the workplace.

Transparency and honesty are fundamental to our interactions, allowing every team member to speak openly without fear of judgment. This culture of openness ensures that communication flows freely across all levels, from recruits to high-ranking officers.

At Golem, we believe in generosity through community support, including offering directions, assisting neighbors, and engaging in programs like food drives and helping the houseless. Kindness is fundamental to our mission.

Achieving mission success is crucial, and doing so with professionalism reflects our commitment to ethics. We must excel in our careers while also being role models for our fellow guards, families, and communities.

Golem Security has been providing security for our organization for many years. Every guard that we have worked with has always been professional and courteous to everyone and brings a sense of security and confidence to everyone. Also the owner takes pride in protecting his clients and the community and his staff and officers do the same. Thank you for all you do keeping us and our community safe.

I have been using Golem Security for 2 years now, and I could not be happier. They have always been incredibly accommodating, especially with limited notice on unique security details. Their teams have always been incredibly professional, and I have never had any issues. On top of security, they are also certified and recognized by the city to do some traffic control, which has also come in handy with the types of events I bring them on for. It's been 2 years of incredible service so far, and I plan to use them for many more years to come.

As chairperson for a large, annual event, we needed quality security in addition to our local PD. David with Golem met with us, personally, on two occasions, was friendly and professional, and offered everything we required. The event went off without a hitch. He and his team were efficient, they worked seamlessly with our family-friendly crowd … we couldn’t have been more pleased! Bravo, Golem!!! See you all soon!

Golem provided security for Glasgow Pride's 2026 festival and to say we were happy with their services would be a huge understatement. Golem was communicative, cooperative, and kind throughout the entire process, beginning to end, including vetting, meeting with our local PD, email discussions, and payment arrangements. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND our wildest expectations at the festival and kept us safe and worry free all day. They assisted attendees with medical events, monitored potential protestors, and brought volunteers who helped with the festival set up! 10/10 would recommend!

So where do I start, I started working for Golem Security Services the owner David Goad is one of the nicest and most polite people you will ever have the privilege of meeting. His level of knowledge in the field is amazing as well as the way he treats his employees. He is a fresh view of what security should be, though his company is small now I see it growing into something amazing. I have 20+ years as a security supervisor professional and I recommend if you work security and want to feel apart of something new join the team, if you are looking for a security provider contact David it will be a fresh start to something you have never had before. If I could give more stars I would.
